Praxedes Mong’are
Trainee Advocate
Praxedes is currently undertaking the Advocates Training Program at Kenya School of Law while concurrently training at MMA Advocates. This integrated approach enables her to bridge the gap between legal theory and practice, strengthening her practical competencies in litigation and transactional work.
She holds an LLB from Strathmore University, where her dissertation on Data Privacy ranked among the top in her cohort. The research focused on the intersection of digital rights, data protection frameworks, and regulatory compliance, demonstrating her strong grounding in emerging areas of ICT law.
Praxedes has a growing interest in Corporate and Commercial Practice, with hands-on experience in contract drafting, corporate due diligence, legal audits, and regulatory advisory.
