Larry is currently undertaking his professional training within the Dispute Resolution Department at MMA Advocates, where he is gaining hands-on experience in litigation practice and court procedure.
In his role, Larry provides essential support to Associates by managing the preparation and filing of matters scheduled for hearing. His responsibilities include drafting persuasive written submissions, compiling and formatting court documents, and ensuring strict compliance with procedural rules set out in the Civil Procedure Rules, court practice directions, and other applicable regulations.
He plays an active role in maintaining client welfare, offering support during engagements and helping ensure client needs are met with professionalism and discretion. Larry’s academic and practical background in legal research and analytical writing has enabled him to conduct thorough legal research, prepare case briefs, and assist in the development of well-reasoned legal arguments. His contributions are integral to the department’s case preparation and litigation strategy.
